Can I shop in other currencies other than EUR?
▻ All product prices listed are in EUR.

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
▻ All orders with verified addresses are processed in 3-5 business days, not including weekends. After that, standard delivery time within Belgium is 3-7 business days and 14-30 business days for international orders.

What method is used for shipping?
▻ EbebeEsalo.com ships within Belgium and Europe via BPOST and to certain International countries via UPS or DHL.

What countries do you ship to?
▻ EbebeEsalo.com ships within Belgium, Europe, USA and International.

I am an international customer (outside EUROPE) do I have to pay customs and taxes?
▻ Items shipped outside of Belgium and Europe may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by EbebeEsalo.com.

▻ The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.

What happens if my address is incorrect?
▻ Please double check your shipping address before checking out. We cannot accomodate address changes. We have a reminder at checkout to help customers stop and make sure they are entering their information correctly, given the issues it causes. Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item.

What if my item is damaged or defective?
▻ In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, we will only send replacements/offer a refund for the damaged or missing product if the customer contacts us via email within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered. Customer must include photos of the damaged product.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?
▻ No, once you place an order it is final.
