SHIPPING

EbebeEsalo.com ships within Belgium and Europe via BPOST and to certain International countries via UPS or DHL.

* Please double check your shipping address before checking out. We cannot accomodate address changes.
Shipping cost are added to your order during checkout.

Shipping charges are as follows:

€ 7,- flat fee for within Belgium.
€ 15,- flat fee for within Europe.
€ 25,- flat fee for USA and International orders.

ORDERS

Orders can be tracked from a tracking number that will be provided in an email to you when the product ships.
All orders are processed in 3-5 business days, not including weekends. After that, standard delivery time within Belgium is 3-7 business days and 14-30 business days for Europe, USA and International orders. Please keep in mind that during busy periods and holidays these times may vary.

*Please keep in mind that for limited edition prints, may take longer, since your order is made to order, overpainted by hand. Custom artworks may take longer. This will be discussed with you during the process.

The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from BPOST, to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor are we responsible for any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Belgium.

Ebebe Esalo is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
